The recent visit of the Indian Prime Minister Dr Man Mohan Singh to Japan has been a big success in terms of India?s economic and strategic ties. The Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has proposed for a new four-way framework for strategic dialogue between Japan, India, Australia and the United States.
